"Trading Terms:
.  Definition
.  “We” means Wellpack Europe Ltd.
.  “Customer” mean you who place an order.
.  “Goods” means the goods which we supply in accordance with these Terms.
.  “Our” means Wellpack Europe Ltd.

Orders & Delivery:
Our website is only intended for use by people resident in the Mainland United Kingdom for free delivery.
Outside Uk and some part of uk are subject to delivery charges (such as off-shore post codes & International deliveries).
For Express & Premium deliveries inside Uk, extra charges may apply which can be seen in the checkout on the website when a customer places an order.

Order Confirmation:
The customer will receive an order confirmation directly from our Website however we will not call you to confirm the orders separately unless we need to contact you to confirm stock availability, payment or delivery details or related issues.

the prices contained therein are only valid for the period of 14 days from the date of the Quotation.

Customs Order:
For all custom made products ordered we require full, non-refundable, payment at the time the order is placed. For all custom
made products the order is confirmed and cannot be cancelled or returned.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made by us to you as stipulated on the Order, or you can collect the Goods from our warehouses at any time after the we notified you that the Goods are ready for collection. A signature indicating safe receipt of the Goods will be required on delivery or collection.

. Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods howsoever caused.
. If a customer fails to take delivery of the Goods then without limiting any other right or remedy available to us.
. In case of customer delays due to non-payment or otherwise we may store the Goods until actual delivery and charge the customer for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage.

Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods shall pass to the customer In the case of Goods to be delivered at the customer premises, at the time of delivery or, if the customer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the Goods, the time when we have tendered delivery of the Goods
In the case of Goods the customer has requested us to leave unattended at their requested delivery address when the customer is unable to take receipt of the goods and sign for the goods, at the time of delivery.In the case of Goods being collected from the customer premises, at the time when we notify the customer that the Goods are available for collection.
For orders placed between 9:00 AM to 3.00 PM we aim to deliver to the NW10 same working day (unless otherwise stated at time of order) other postcodes/cities order could take 1-2 working days to be reach.

Data Protection:
We have obtained your details from our customer list, enquirer records or from a third party business list. We may use your details to contact you from time to time to inform you of our products or services which may be of interest to you. Cancellation and returns :
Customer shall be entitled to cancel the Order for Stocked Products by giving us notice of cancellation before dispatch or within 14 days of the date of collection or delivery and by returning the item back to us in the original condition. Such notice may be given by emailing only. If there is a defect or fault in the Goods, the customer is required to notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation or within 14 days by calling us on 0203 6384 200 - 0800 999 6789 or via email for full refund.
